Key skills needed:
- A level 5 or above early years qualification
- Proven experience in managing multiple nursery sites
- An open-minded and patient approach
- A positive and resilient attitude with a ‘can do’ spirit
- A genuine passion for the early years sector
- The ability to analyze and interpret data with enthusiasm
- A commitment to supporting Early Years Professionals be the best version of themselves
- Superhero skills to drive forward quality
- Ideally, you will be based in the West Midlands allowing you to effectively oversee your own group of nurseries.
As an advocate for each nursery, your responsibilities will include:
- Laughing, possibly shedding tears, and celebrating progress with nursery teams
- Conducting observations and audits to facilitate reflection and improvement
- With nurseries located across the UK, this role offers an exciting opportunity for you to explore and connect with different communities if you enjoy being on the road.
