Her ability to identify entrepreneurial talent and support them through the initial stages of their journey to becoming fully fledged nursery owners makes her an invaluable asset to both our brand and our growing network of franchisees.

It’s rewarding to get to know them at that early stage and, even though I’m less involved later, it’s brilliant to see them progress along their franchise journey and in some cases, have the confidence to open a second or third or nursery.”
A trusted guide for new franchisees, Anna’s warm and professional approach ensures new owners fully understand the journey ahead and know they have the right support from day one.
She enjoys the franchise process – finding the right people who not only have the skills but also the drive and mindset to make their nursery a success. She believes in having open and honest conversations, helping prospective franchisees assess whether the opportunity aligns with their goals and motivations.
The other side of her role is resales, if franchisees come to the end of their journey and are looking to sell their business. Once more, Anna takes the lead with finding prospective new owners and starting a new chapter for the nursery in question.

Although early years education was a new sector for Anna, she quickly found her place within the franchise in 2023. Coming from a real estate background, she was looking for something bigger, something with real purpose. She’s relishing the challenge of matching driven individuals with a rewarding business opportunity.

For Anna, the most fulfilling part of her role is the people she works with. She thrives on building strong relationships with new franchisees and franchisees who are looking to move on and sell their nursery.
A natural people person, as a child Anna dreamed of being a psychologist, drawn to understanding and helping others. In many ways, her role now isn’t too different – she listens to people, guides them and helps them take that leap into something life-changing.
