Karen Tudor

Office Administrator

Education and experience: I undertook a BTEC Diploma in Business Studies at Stratford-upon-Avon College. I’ve worked in various roles over the years, including an insurance company and an estate agent, and I was also a Director’s PA for a world-renowned food and drink research company. Until most recently, I was an HR/Recruitment Administrator for clients who had predominantly sustained brain and spinal cord injuries.

About your role at Banana Moon: I’m the Office Administrator for the Banana Moon team, and my role encompasses taking phone calls and passing messages on, monitoring email inboxes, dealing with franchise enquiries, booking and note-taking at meetings, market research, dealing with the shop orders and uniform enquiries for the nurseries, booking hotels and flights, health and safety and risk assessments, driving licence checks, DSE assessments and health questionnaires, along with anything that helps the office run smoothly.

Your favourite thing about working for Banana Moon: I only joined Banana Moon in February 2022. However, I love the family feel of the company and the belief of putting the children first.

A fun fact about you: I was once on a weekly crime programme attached to the local news, as I witnessed some armed robbers about to rob a bank!
